Week-long Update

Last Thursday, July 1st, I celebrated Canada Day at 107 Shaw, and then played a show at the Dakota with Mohawk Lodge. We went down to London ON the next day and played a show at an art gallery. Eamon went over to the Nite Owl after our set, and played an acoustic set, and then drove back to Toronto with Ryder and Peter.

Danny and I stayed behind and spent Saturday afternoon in his moms backyard eating drinking beer and eating steak beside her pool, and then went to see Black Mountain and $100 at Call the Office.

Kate Boothman drove us out to St Thomas afterwards for a late nite jam with $100.

Kate fell down a flight of stairs and bruised her leg.

The three of us spent Sunday at the beach in Port Stanley with Chad Ross and Sean Dean.

Yesterday I did a video shoot for Fashion Television, directed by Shenae Grimes.

Her friend Rylan Perry shot 1st camera, and I shot 2nd camera. We both used our own Canon 5D Mark II’s. It seems like every professional photographer and cinematographer I meet or work with lately is using the 5D. It was a really long day, but it was fun! The segment will air sometime in September.

You can see the last video I helped shoot, by clicking here or searching “Heatwave” on the Fashion Television website.
